...the boats ecape...
Even when a group appears well organized and extremely capable, a trip can rapidly become perilous.

A few tips for a safe trip down the river...

Tip #1. Always remember to tie up the boats upon going to shore, particularly if they will be out of sight.

Tying up the boats allows the group to rest easy and avoid trouble later on. Unfortunately, tip #1 may only be appreciated in hindsight.

Therfore, tip #2: It is always a good idea to bring along an accomplished swimmer for water voyages.

Tip #3. For added safety, when traveling in unexplored waters, always have someone expendable lead the way.

Tip #4. Experienced leadership on the high seas will provide you with an added advantage. We recommend acquiring the services of the UW contingent of the Royal British Navy to ensure safe passage.

Captain Mike Cheadle and first mate Graham Baines comprised UW's Royal British Navy. They could often be seen planting the British flag, or attempting to commandeer another ship. Click on images for a larger view.
