Collapse of cliff face along Sultan River, Washington, on Dec. 11, 2004. Witnessed by a kayaking trip. The first group went through and then the cliff collapsed before the second group reached it. The dam reached 20-30 feet in height. Notice impact on stream flow as seen at gauging station downstream (arrow below).
